Hi, the Eurofighter is a fourth generation jet fighter and the J-20 is a fifth generation jet fighter, would you be willing to reconsider your entry? thanks Zabanio (talk) 18:23, 31 December 2010 (UTC)

Do you have a RS that the J-20 has all the features of a 5th gen jet fighter? AFAIK the Eurofighter is more advanced and Eurofighter have their own 5th gen checklist. Hcobb (talk) 20:19, 31 December 2010 (UTC)

Chengdu J-20

Hi Hcobb,

What is RS? And what is wrong with forum/discussion links? With very little details on J-20, it really helps to to see what experts and enthusiasts have to say about that aircraft's abilities. Moreover, forum links are regularly updated for any news updates on the aircraft so I think you should reconsider the links.

Thanks —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.22.184.28 (talk) 20:49, 3 January 2011 (UTC)

We are not in the business of being enthused about everything new under the sun. We need to reflect just and only the consensus reality of those who write what they are paid to write. Hcobb (talk) 22:17, 3 January 2011 (UTC)
What? Paid to write? Who? How do you know the links on the articles AREN'T paid to write ones? Forum has over 30k users, all can't be PAID to write. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.17.50.105 (talk) 23:42, 3 January 2011 (UTC)

It's the job of Wikistan to link only to Reliable Sources. I.e. those "sources" who will reliably write what they are paid to write such as the Lexington Institute. If we start adding in public forum links then we'll move away from our pay to play base and open up to the general public who are consumers rather than producers of the commodity that is the consensus reality.
