Disambiguation link notification for September 21
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Parahippus, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ass. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

[edit]You need to clarify what it is you are trying to do at this page; there is already a page for Chaoyangsaurid on Wikipedia and what you have done is create a redirect to it from a page of the same name; I.e. a pointless redirect. If you are trying to create a redirect from 'Yonlendir' then that is the name of the redirect and should be redirected to Chaoyangsaurid by virtue of '#REDIRECT Chaoyangsaurid'. However clarification would be useful please, noting that Yonlendir does not appear in the target page as far as I can see. FWIW the place to request new redirects in WP:AFC/R. Thank you. - [Maybe you already knew that] the term "chaoyangsaurid" used for the members of the Chaoyangsauridae family. It is why I wanted to create a redirection page for Chaoyangsauridae. But suddenly, I forgot which wiki I am about to create page, and used the Turkish term "YÖNLENDİR" (means redirect) – I am patroller in Turkish Wikipedia [Vikipedi] and often create redirection pages. You fixed it. But then, you moved the page to Yonledir. (Idk why did you do that?) Sorry for my inattention. Thank you. HaythamKenwai (talk) 19:26, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
- OK I'm with you now; I had no idea of the Turkish term for 'redirect' so it appeared to me that it was an intended redirect from that term. It seems to be in order now. Thank you. Eagleash (talk) 20:23, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
