[edit]I feel you have prepared and thoroughly thought out how you plan to lay your article out. The amount of references you have look reliable and I like how you have specific species of penguins as well pulled from some of the sources. The layout you have drafted looks very organised. I'm definitely interested to see how this article turns out as well as the comparisons between the species. A suggestion could be inserting/constructing a table showing the 4 types of vocalization and which species show that vocalization. Jaybee625 (talk) 19:47, 22 October 2017 (UTC)
Thank you for the feedback Jaybee625! I really like the idea of constructing a table showing the 4 types of vocalizations. I will work to incorporate it into my article in some way or another. Good luck with the rest of your article:) HayleyMercer (talk) 02:00, 28 October 2017 (UTC)

[edit]You seem to have the details of your article figured out which is great!
Some possible additional information you might want to add -the difference( if there are any) between male and female calls and how they respond to the different types of calls(e.g, do they turn their heads, call back etc). - Secondly, In the different calls produced, are there preferences towards a certain pitch used when calling? (this is in regards to your point that Heavier birds vocalize longer and at lower pitches). - what is the range of the vocalized sounds and how do they fare in case of interference ( e.g Heavy rainfall, thunderstorms and very windy environments)
Goodluck on the rest of your article :)

Thank you for the feedback Gnels! I could not find much information about differences in male and female vocalizations, thus it might be hard to incorporate this into my article. I have not looked into interference but that is something that seems very interesting. Thank you for your suggestions and good luck with your article:) HayleyMercer (talk) 02:00, 28 October 2017 (UTC)
