Vandalism

[edit]

Please stop removing "wee" from the article - this is how it is pronounced just as much as we. Read the talk page. --Col. Hauler 12:25, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

hey,

[edit]

you got accused of "impersonating" me, and I got accused of being your sock puppet, for our minor edits on the wii page, and then because I cleaned up what had been a "dictionary definition" on the wee page, which led to a revert war. Could you make sure I'm part of the mediation process? (Obviously you know that I'm not you, and you also see that my edits are positive and unlike the vandalism of reverting wee's page to definitions, especially when I started by changing it to real content.) Thanks! 81.182.142.141 13:22, 12 May 2006 (UTC).[reply]

I have allready asked them to check if I am you. It will be delt with soon enough, as for the mediation. I will add you to it asweel as User:TheKoG. Havok (T/C) 13:25, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm giving both you and User:Col. Hauler a 24-hour timeout. Both of you, please learn WP:CIVIL and WP:POINT. RadioKirk talk to me 13:47, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I removed the "sockpuppet" notice placed on your page by User:Col. Hauler. Ashibaka tock 03:58, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have attempted a compromise at this article. Please use the discussion to raise any concerns. I would like to see this edit war stop. Thank you. :) RadioKirk talk to me 17:04, 14 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to VandalProof!

[edit]

Thank you for your interest in VandalProof, Havok! You have now been added to the list of authorized users, so if you haven't already, simply download and install VandalProof from our main page. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me or any other moderator, or you can post a message on the discussion page. AmiDaniel (talk) 09:06, 15 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

RFM rejected.

[edit]

A request for mediation that you were involved in, involving the articles Wii and Wee, was denied due to the opposition of one or more participants. Regards, Ral315 (talk) 12:24, 15 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Unisouth/Are You a Wikipediholic Test

[edit]

The edit I made to the "Are you a wikipediaholic" test certinally shouldn't have been reverted. I have followed this user across the internet over the last few months (outside of Wikipedia, he calls himself "Waveform"), and false claims, such as the one he's made about getting over 11,000 points on the test are one of his traits. It's a 100% certainty he actualy didn't score that on the test.

Bobby

[edit]

I did not intend my revert to be considered vandalism. Indeed, I felt I was reverting vandalism by User:Keys4andy. Is it possible that in reverting the obvious vandalism by User_talk:194.80.135.129, you inadvertantly viewed my reversion as vandalism itself? Do you honestly believe that "Bobby is often associated with the phrase, squish kittten, sex toy, and communal rapeing."?

I may be slightly tardy in further responses, as I'm a college student and this is finals week.Squigish 16:03, 15 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

No worries. I've done the same thing using popups, although that doesn't leave messages on people's talk pages. Squigish 16:17, 15 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your VandalProof Application

[edit]

Dear Havok,

Thank you for applying for VandalProof! (VP). As you may know, VP is a very powerful program, and in fact with the new 1.1 version release it has even more power. As such we must uphold strict protocols before approving a new applicant. Regretfully, I have chosen to decline your application at this time. The reason for this is that no need for a bot to have VP. Please note it is nothing personal by any means, and we certainly welcome you to apply again in the not too distant future. Thank you for your interest in VandalProof. Computerjoe's talk 13:41, 16 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

VandalProof 1.2 Now Available

[edit]

After a lenghty, but much-needed Wikibreak, I'm happy to announce that version 1.2 of VandalProof is now available for download! Beyond fixing some of the most obnoxious bugs, like the persistent crash on start-up that many have experienced, version 1.2 also offers a wide variety of new features, including a stub-sorter, a global user whitelist and blacklist, navigational controls, and greater customization. You can find a full list of the new features here. While I believe this release to be a significant improvement over the last, it's nonetheless nowhere near the end of the line for VandalProof. Thanks to Rob Church, I now have an account on test.wikipedia.org with SysOp rights and have already been hard at work incorporating administrative tools into VandalProof, which I plan to make available in the near future. An example of one such SysOp tool that I'm working on incorporating is my simple history merge tool, which simplifies the process of performing history merges from one article into another. Anyway, if you haven't already, I'd encourage you to download and install version 1.2 and take it out for a test-drive. As always, your suggestions for improvement are always appreciated, and I hope that you will find this new version useful. Happy editing! --AmiDaniel (talk) 02:30, 21 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

thanks about the guidelines

thanks for the message, and happy editting to you too. Seiferalmas 11:19, 23 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

HL2: wrong title?

[edit]

I highly doubt it is supposed to be written with the lambda letter. That is just part of the game's logo. Thunderbrand 19:34, 25 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Blue frog uninstall

[edit]

For whatever reason some people started claiming in various threads that users should uninstall bluefrog immediately because the spammers could get access to it and abuse it. This was plain wrong:

"There is a strong reason to believe that the third wave takes control of the frog to launch both spam attacks and DDOS attacks."

a) pharmamaster never had access to the dns registrar b) even if pharmamaster had somehow obtained access and could put any content to the bluesecurity website he'd fail c) there are public keys that unreleased that prevent blue frog from accepting 'attacks to other hosts' d) bluesecurity does not contact the frog, the frog contacts bluesecurity

At best that thread claiming that hackers had access was created by pharmamaster himself to spread FUD

Read that

[edit]

Read that andd fairly relaxed. I believe you. Others may have fears. But bluefrog unlikely to run again so why not encourage uninstalling? Kittybrewster 01:29, 27 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The Prince of Tennis movie

[edit]

Hi, no problem, I was meaning to rewrite the plot, but I just wanted to first paste it there as I slowly started rewriting the plot. There's still along way to go as the plots really long and well, should be fun. Anyways, feel free to edit the page in terms of grammar, cast changes or whatnot. My head is hurting from creating the page and trying to find all the resources. I was wishing someone else had done it, but it seemed like no one was willing to. So that's why I created the movie page. It was driving me mad that it wasn't in Wikipedia yet.

WikiProject Warcraft

[edit]

Hi, thanks! Was my contributions to the Draenei atricle the reason for your invite to the project? Thanks alot, --Shandris 10:31, 29 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Of all users - me? Haha, thank you, I will^^ --Shandris 10:38, 29 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
