Proposed deletion of Remedy (Little Boots song)

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Remedy (Little Boots song), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Non-notable. The album's article is yet to be created, and so is the album itself, so this is also WP:CRYSTAL

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. First, sign talk page posts with ~~~~. Also, the article says "The song is to be released in August as the album's second single." If this was a writing error, it needs to be fixed. Also, the notability guidelines for singles are basically 1) Has charted 2) Has won a major award 3) Has received significant non-trivial coverage (very few examples of this). Per this, very few future albums are notable, so it's extremely rare that an unreleased song is. Additionally, do not remove the PROD tag, because there is no doubt that it is non-notable. Also, do not remove warnings, such as PROD warnings, from your talk page if they are unresolved. Mm40 (talk) 20:02, 30 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
