[edit] Hello, I'm Daask. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Paul Washer, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Daask (talk) 10:26, 24 December 2017 (UTC)
- Hello there, first of all Rev. Paul Washer isn't deceased, he is very much alive. He was born on September 11, 1961. A couple of years back this was written on wikipedia but some naughty person has removed it. I have memorized his birthday and I don't think you are follower of Him because of the way you have texted me. In his sermons he always mentions his age. E.g: if someone is born in 1961 and in 2015 june he says he is 53 and in october he says he is 54 this means he had his birthday in the months b/w june and october. - @Harout.M: I'm afraid we don't do that kind of reasoning on Wikipedia. It's a form of original research called synthesis and the Wikipedia policy is described at WP:Synthesis. For this and any other content added to Wikipedia, we need to cite reliable sources. While your memory may be quite good or you may even have accurate personal knowledge if you know Paul Washer, these aren't verifiable, and so these sources of information can't be used on Wikipedia. I hope you can find published material to improve this and other Wikipedia articles. Feel free to ask me if you have any more questions. Daask (talk) 22:36, 26 December 2017 (UTC)
