Zoozaz1 (talk) 03:09, 12 September 2020 (UTC)Meszaros effect
[edit]Hi, I submitted on Sept 11 an article on "Meszaros effect", which was accepted for publication soon after. However, while I can find the article when I am logged into my Wikipedia account (User:Harasztyan), I cannot find it when I am mot logged in. E.g., if I do (or others do) a Google search for Meszaros effect, it shows up in other websites, but not the Wikipedia article. Is there a delay between acceptance and being visible to he rest of the world? Thanks, Harasztyan (talk) 15:30, 21 September 2020 (UTC)
- Hi Harasztyan, your article was visible to everyone on Wikipedia, but did not become visible to Google until I marked it as reviewed just now. It should appear in Google results in the coming days. I've also moved your article on Peter to its final title and marked it as reviewed, should appear in Google in a few hours. You see that you didn't recieve any answers to your question because no one was watching your talk page, if you have questions about editing it's best to ask at the Teahouse where you'll get prompt answers. Note that since your account is no longer brand new, you're able to create articles directly in article-space without having to submit them for review as drafts. – Thjarkur (talk) 09:45, 28 September 2020 (UTC)
