Hello sir @RoySmith I was blocked on Wikipedia for involvement in sockpuppetry in association with some @Dr Sachin Kapur Fanclub but I am certainly sure that my IP address and I have nothing to do with this user. Maybe my earlier work was not as per Wikipedia guidelines, and that was just because, at that time, I didn't know this guideline at all. So, I humbly request you kindly review my block to edit anything and, irrespective of my past actions, give me a chance again to contribute as an editor. I will assure you that I will keep my work clean and as per Wikipedia requirements. Thanks for considering my appeal for unblocking. Happyrancho (talk)

I blocked this account 3 years ago. There's no records or data beyond what's publicly available in the block logs. About all I can say is I just ran some checks and don't see any evidence of socking right now, so any admin is free to unblock if they feel it's justified and can consider the requirement to consult with a CU to have been discharged. Apologies for the confusion. I'm still learning the ropes here and want to make sure I'm contributing meaningfully.

To give you a concrete example, I could perhaps expand on a short section about a particular topic, or add relevant links to existing content. I'm open to suggestions and would be happy to follow your guidance.
