You may want to review WP:Five pillars, to start with you need multiple independent citation, the Howzzthat doesn't have that. And the article you pointed on my talk page, I might put that up for deletion also because we have a criteria on wikipedia we refer to as WP:GNG where tells us what should be established notability wise which is very important when creating wikipedia articles.
