QuantumRealm (meow • pawtrack) 12:48, 10 April 2023 (UTC)Links to draft articles
[edit]Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to Joseph R. Grundy. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. These links have been removed. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 10:59, 19 April 2023 (UTC)
- Thank you User:Arjayay I was not familiar with that rule. But perhaps you can help me. user:QuantumRealm reviewed and approved the Draft:Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association and also "moved" it from Draft: to mainspace on 10 April 2023 according to the movelog. But it has not "moved" and remains a draft. How can this be changed? Thanks. Hamish barebones (talk) 14:44, 20 April 2023 (UTC)
- The log shows User:QuantumRealm moved it to mainspace at 12.38 and then moved it back to draftspace at 13.33 - why they did that, I do not know, and they have not edited since 14 April, so, although you have already asked them, you may not get a rapid reply. I note that they have e-mail enabled, so perhaps you should enable your e-mail and contact them that way? - Arjayay (talk) 14:57, 20 April 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks, Arjayay, I can only see the 12:38 move log entry. I'll try again with QuantumRealm. Hamish barebones (talk) 15:06, 20 April 2023 (UTC)
- Look at the history of Draft:Pennsylvania Manufacturers' Association for the move back - Arjayay (talk) 15:09, 20 April 2023 (UTC)

LJF2019 talk 04:17, 20 May 2023 (UTC)Help me!
[edit]Please use the {{help me}} template appropriately. The {{help me}} template is for help in using Wikipedia, not for unrelated issues. If you would like to ask such a question, replace the code {{help me-inappropriate}} on this page with {{help me}} to reactivate the help request. Alternatively, you can also ask your question at the Teahouse, the help desk, or join Wikipedia's Live Help IRC channel to get real-time assistance. |
Please help me with... I created an article Pennsylvania Manufactures' Association - which was approved by editor LJF2019 in May 2023. It still bears a "notability template" which I would like to see removed. I asked LJF2019 for assistance and was given several ideas - one is to engage more editors in reviewing and improving the article. I will use the talk page of the article as well as ask for help on Wikiprojects like Wikiproject Business and Wikiproject Politics. Any other assistance would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance. - Please use the help templates for questions about how to use or edit Wikipedia. It is not to be used for help developing content. Nearly every page on Wikipedia could use improvement; using the talk page of the article and using the talk page of one of the associated WikiProjects are the proper way to escalate. The notability tag itself is a request for help, too; it's not to be taken as a black mark to be removed as soon as possible. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 00:02, 9 November 2023 (UTC)
Notability template
[edit]I've removed the notability template from the article, as it has been sufficiently improved. LJF2019 talk 03:27, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
