Paralegal
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Paralegal , did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. 3RR
[edit]You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Political positions of Barack Obama. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. It would really be advisable for you to come back your case at Talk:Political positions of Barack Obama Tarc (talk) 16:54, 28 September 2009 (UTC)
- You are in violation of 3RR now, because you already tried to add it on September 13, and you've just tried again four times in the last 24 hours. I will not report you, because the above notice came after your fourth edit and you should have a chance to stop on your own. But it is possible that someone else will. Please take a look at the notice below, and avoid this kind of thing in the future. The article and others related to Obama are subject to "article probation", which makes it especially important that you not edit war there. Thanks, Wikidemon (talk) 17:37, 28 September 2009 (UTC)
- Thank you for your contributions to the encyclopedia! In case you are not already aware, an article to which you have recently contributed, Political positions of Barack Obama, is on article probation. A detailed description of the terms of article probation may be found at Wikipedia:General sanctions/Obama article probation. Also note that the terms of some article probations extend to related articles and their associated talk pages.
The above is a templated message. Please accept it as a routine friendly notice, not as a claim that there is any problem with your edits. Thank you. -- Wikidemon (talk) 17:37, 28 September 2009 (UTC)
