Welcome!
Hello, Hailypaige, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as ThermaHelm, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may soon be deleted.
There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on this page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:
- Starting an article
- Your first article
- Biographies of living persons
- How to write a great article
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- Help pages
- Tutorial
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Questions or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 11:29, 19 October 2010 (UTC) Please leave me messages here. I will respond as soon as able! Hailypaige (talk) 17:21, 11 November 2011 (UTC)
Re: Funny
[edit]I hope you had a ThermaHelm on your head when you fell off your chair, and that it (the chair, of course) is okay!!! I'm kidding (^___^).
That article is messed up. I will try to work on it by adding wikilinks (internal links; code: [[Internal link]]
) and a couple of sections for References and External links. You can access the revision history of an article by clicking the "history" tab at the top of the page (or THIS LINK for ThermaHelm). It will show you all past changes to the page, and you can also view a specific version by clicking on the date, or compare two different versions.
If you would like to experiment with the wiki syntax, make practices, take notes and collect materials, or draft an article (or part of) that can be later moved to Wikipedia, then you can create your own sandbox in your user space. You can find your (user) sandbox here (and, if it does not exist yet, you can create it.)
If you need help, ask me on my talk page. Cheers! –pjoef (talk • contribs) 09:18, 22 October 2010 (UTC)
