Several issues
[edit]I've seen several places where you've added comments to talk page discussion that are months or even years old. That usually doesn't work as the participants have long since stopped watching them. If you'd like to try to restart those discussions try leaving a note on the users' personal talk pages.
Next, in these two edits you added an unneeded number at the top of a page in what I presume was a test edit and, more significantly, modified another user's talk page posting. Please make test edits in your sandbox, which I see that you've found already, not in "live" articles or their talk pages. And modifying another user's talk page posting without their permission is strictly forbidden, even if it is to make a correction or improvement. There are a few exceptions, but this didn't fall into one of them. See Talk Page Guidelines for what you can and cannot do on talk pages.
I found at least one place where you added a talk page post without signing it with four tildes. Please remember to do that.
Finally, I'm not quite sure what you were trying to do at Wikipedia talk:Dispute resolution, reply to Steven Crossin or start a new discussion. If you're changing topics, always add a new heading. Presuming that it was the latter, no anonymous dispute resolution requests are allowed. (And none at all are made at that talk page; they're made at the various DR venues listed on the main page of that talk page.
All in all, no real harm done and there's a lot here to learn and we all made rookie mistakes. Welcome to Wikipedia. Regards, TransporterMan (TALK) 17:13, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
PS: One more thing I forgot: Article talk pages are strictly for discussion of improvements to be made to the article page. They're not to be used for general discussion of the subject of the article or as social media. Please limit those discussions to this, your own user talk page. (They're not really kosher here, either, but the community is much more forgiving on your user talk page.) — TM 17:29, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
