Spelling Corrections

[edit]

Hi. Thanks for doing spelling corrections but I see that some of your corrections are also including some stray tags including Javascript. Please try to work out what the problem is. Are you using an automated tool to help with the corrections? If so, please stop as it seems to have a bug in it. --DanielRigal (talk) 14:22, 15 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think it might be something to do with this change you made to your monobook.js: [1]. I suggest undoing that and seeing if the problem goes away. --DanielRigal (talk) 14:31, 15 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Request

[edit]

I request if you can control article pallone against vandalism of user:AlasdairGreen27: he is a sock in meatpuppetry with other guys and they ever disrupt several articles. If he persists in vandalism, you can report him in Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents. Unlikely I have little time for this project then I cannot control. Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference

[edit]

Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.

On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being 'minor'. The only thing that's changed is that you will no longer have them marked as minor by default.

For established users such as yourself there is a workaround available involving custom JavaScript. If you are familiar with the contents of WP:MINOR, and believe that it is still beneficial to the encyclopedia to have all your edits marked as such by default, then this discussion will give you the details you need to continue with this functionality indefinitely. If you have any problems, feel free to drop me a note.

Thank you for your understanding and happy editing :) Editing on behalf of User:Jarry1250, LivingBot (talk) 17:04, 15 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings Recent Changes Patrollers!

This is a one-time-only message to inform you about technical proposals related to Recent Changes Patrol in the 2016 Community Wishlist Survey that I think you may be interested in reviewing and perhaps even voting for:

  1. Adjust number of entries and days at Last unpatrolled
  2. Editor-focused central editing dashboard
  3. "Hide trusted users" checkbox option on watchlists and related/recent changes (RC) pages
  4. Real-Time Recent Changes App for Android
  5. Shortcut for patrollers to last changes list

Further, there are more than 20 proposals related to Watchlists in general that you may be interested in reviewing. (and over 260 proposals in all, across many aspects of wikis)

Thank you for your consideration. Please note that voting for proposals continues through December 12, 2016.

Note: You received this message because you have transcluded {{User wikipedia/RC Patrol}} (user box) on your user page. Since this message is "one-time-only" there is no opt out for future mailings.
