Publication

Hello HDM-lyra, I moved ahead with publication, eventually picking this title. The lead section clarifies this measurement is done via centrifugal method. Together, it defines the topic of interest enough, it also keeps the door opens for other methods to be added to this articles. Sounds like a good balance for now.
