Given you have stated you "have no connection between that person", feel free to move the page back into the mainspace. I'm not sure what you mean by "can you help me to remove COI" (you either have a conflict of interest or you don't), but you can remove any notices on your talk page. As for "I want to know that why you are saying me that I have a connection between that person", it was because your username has a portion of the subject's name.
