Re: Dave Mackintosh age query
[edit]Hello, I met Dave in the Netherlands on tour and he told me his age, showing me his passport. The commonly cited incorrect date of 1977 is his "show business" age which Dragonforce made him adopt to have him appear younger. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Metal Oracle (talk • contribs) 14:37, 13 December 2017 (UTC)

- @GiantSnowman: are you joking? Where do you see any vandalism? The infobox formatting is due to the visual editor, it's not me you have to blame for that! What I see is that I updated et corrected this article and its infobox, and you "undid" me three times! Writing that he played for "Le Mans" and "Le Mans II", typically, doesn't make much sense, because it's the same club! In France, most professional players play at one time or another during the season in reserve teams (return from injury, poor performance, etc.). I'm not familiar with English Wikipedia, but in French your way of doing things would be very rude. --H4stings (talk) 20:03, 22 November 2018 (UTC)
- You are re-formatting the infobox. Why? GiantSnowman 20:06, 22 November 2018 (UTC)
- I didn't re-format the infobox by myself (it's really the last thing I care...): I only used the visual editor to update content of the Infobox football biography template, and the visual editor re-formated the infobox. --H4stings (talk) 20:11, 22 November 2018 (UTC)
- Then don't use visual editor. GiantSnowman 07:56, 23 November 2018 (UTC)
- Lol. Thanks for this brillant idea! Do you even realize that you called me a vandal because I only used the default visual editor of Wikipedia? Don't you think you should apologize before you give that kind of "advice"? --H4stings (talk) 16:54, 23 November 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Ways to improve Olivier Pickeu
[edit]Hello, H4stings,
Thank you for creating Olivier Pickeu.
I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:
This article needs more references in order to provide significant coverage for this article. See WP:SIGCOV
References that have scores, lists, order of merit and video do not pass as reliable sources for WP:NSPORT. (There have been changes to the notability guide for sports - you may wish to read WP:NSPORT ) To meet notability requirements, one more reference with significant coverage will suffice. Thank you.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Whiteguru}}

[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Valentin Henry, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Defender.
