Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. But please don't create links for articles that do not exist yet. That will produce red links. Thank you.--Húsönd 23:49, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
I have already explained why your edit was reverted. See my comment above. By the way, when leaving comments on users' talk pages, please insert them at the bottom instead of at the beginning, and sign them by simply typing four tildes ~~~~. Thank you.--Húsönd 00:05, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
I see that you've created the article Fort at Bathinda, so it's fine now to insert the link. I should also recommend that you move the article that you created to the official name of the fort, if such name exists. Thank you.--Húsönd 00:10, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
You're welcome. Happy editing! --Húsönd 00:34, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
Hi Guneeta, I noticed you created a duplicate article - Fort at Bathinda as well as Qila mubarak. It is best to move a page to a new location instead of copy-pasting. The reason for this is mainly legal - since all our text is licensed under the GDFL, we need to have a history of whoever contributed to a page in the page history. I will ask an admin to delete the repeated page, but in future you can move a page yourself by using the 'move' tab (between the 'edit' tab and the 'watch' tab). This isn't a disciplinary message at all, just a friendly note that you can refer to in the future. All the best, and I hope you're enjoying Wikipedia! (PS you can use your userpage to tell us more about yourself!) riana_dzasta 11:18, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
- No, I don't see any more 'potential problems', at all - thanks for being understanding. Just a quick repetition of what Husond says somewhere above me, and that is to add new comments at the bottom of the page rather than the top, just to keep it chronological order. Thanks, and enjoy editing. riana_dzasta 03:32, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit]Your recent editing history at Sidhu Moose Wala shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
Do not change the phrase Moose Wala, it is the article name, so it needs to be maintained. Secondly, your changes rendered the images, def sort and other syntax invalid. Fylindfotberserk (talk) 15:17, 14 June 2022 (UTC)
- Secondly, it is the article name, it should be maintained. If you want it changed, request move from Sidhu Moose Wala → Sidhu Moosewala. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 15:18, 14 June 2022 (UTC)
- I've seen that your changes also affected the citation titles. A lot of them using the term Moose Wala has been changed by you. Citation titles should not be changed. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 15:30, 14 June 2022 (UTC)
Hi Guneeta! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of Sidhu Moose Wala several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.
All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:Sidhu Moose Wala, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. Venkat TL (talk) 15:20, 14 June 2022 (UTC)
Guneeta, go through WP:MINOR. Changes like [1] [2] are not m (minor) edits. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 15:44, 14 June 2022 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. Venkat TL (talk) 15:53, 14 June 2022 (UTC)
