You should copy the whole article into your sandbox and have a final product that includes the whole article. This will allow you to incorporate citations automatically with a DOI to, as yours don't seem to be active links like in other Wikipedia articles.
You may wish to separate side effects and effects, or clarify the title for this subsection.
I think you can find more references for things like drug being dissolved into fat, or context specific half lives. You may be using the citations at the end of the paragraph for all the statements included, which would be great! I think in this case it would be helpful to place them at the end of each sentence to give the reader a better idea of what each statement is a reference to.
