Group 3 Wikiwhat’s up everyone? Everybody’s ideas sound real good right now. I will feel like we had a great starting week three. How does everyone feel about dividing up the last character of the bully cycle?

Week 5 instructions

Write a 1,400- to 1,750-word essay in which you explore an issue relevant to one kind of social media. As a team, decide which kind of social media you will write about.

Explain the advantages and disadvantages of the social media your team has chosen.

Consider what major areas of concern and discussion are relevant to the social media you have chosen. When you decide which area of concern you will write about, decide which side of the discussion you are on and write a persuasive and well-researched essay that supports your assertion.

Create a wiki, as a team, to use as you write your Final Team Research Essay.

Week4 Instructions

Use the wiki for planning, prewriting, writing, and revising the essay. An important part of this grade will be based on the creation of the wiki and the way that you use it to complete the essay. All team discussion about the essay should be part of the wiki. In other words, this should be the main way you communicate with each other.

We could write about Facebook? Anyone have any other ideas?

I think Twitter and YouTube is a great place to start because that’s where most of the bullying takes place. Especially YouTube! And there are definitely advantages and disadvantages. So I guess for the essay we will keep Nicks Introduction and Thesis. Also keep the body paragraphs the same.
