March 2010

[edit]

Please don't change the format of dates without good reason, as you did to Crucifixion of Jesus. There is a long-standing precedence on the page, and per WP:ERA, "AD and BC are the traditional ways of referring to these eras ... No preference is given to either style."

If you have any questions about this, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Enjoy your time on Wikipedia. Thank you. Ἀλήθεια 02:30, 30 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you.

The advise given to you by Ἀλήθεια and backed up by WP:ERA still stands. Many of your recent edits have been purely BC -> BCE / AD -> CE edits without consensus for such changes. For example:

Please stop and where appropriate revert your edits. Thank you. Greenshed (talk) 21:50, 14 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

March 2011; WP:ERA again

Graysie, I've just reverted your era-changes to Julius Caesar. Would you please stop single-handedly changing the era systems used in articles? it's simply a waste of everyone's time. Greenshed has already gone into this issue in detail, for your benefit and that of the encyclopedia as a whole. Haploidavey (talk) 01:33, 15 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Julius Caesar, you may be blocked from editing. This is becoming disruptive. Haploidavey (talk) 01:35, 15 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning; the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Julius Caesar, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Haploidavey (talk) 01:38, 15 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I came here to offer friendly advice but now see that you've been warned multiple times. Do Not change dates again.Gaius Octavius Princeps (talk) 02:41, 2 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abuse of editing privileges. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
