Well, first, let me welcome you properly (above).

Secondly, thanks for your contribution. I'll have a look and get back to you. But the article did need a drastic prune. One of our mottos is be bold, so don't worry too much about treading on toes. -- ALoan (Talk) 21:09, 15 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I believe that you have blocked me because of the action of some person unknown to me who uses a shared ISP. I can do nothing about that, but if I could edit from another ISP that would be appreciated. blocking me wherever I log in is not helpful. You will see that my edit history when logged in poses no problems.

Decline reason:

This account is not blocked. If you see some block message when you try to edit, you will need to follow the instructions in that message and provide us with enough information to tell which block is affecting you. The block message should give either an IP address or the username of the person who shares your ISP. If you don't want to provide that information publicly, you can make use of WP:UTRS. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
