Hi Graemeh319, thank you for your message. Your best bet for creating the article is to start creating it at Draft:J'Tia Hart and we'll take a look at it. It'll then need to be submitted via the WP:AFC process, and you'll need to declare any potential conflicts of interest as per WP:COI.
