Hey yeah sorry if i missed one as I'm still getting used to the "protocols" of how all this works, but I'm trying to make sure I hit the signature button. Do I need to do it next to every line that I edit or at the bottom of the page?

Man albums

I have only looked at Man (Man album) so far and have no doubt these are all Good faith edits but several of your edits are contrary to Wikipedia policies or recommendations. Certain editors would just revert all the changes you made, but I have only reverted those contrary to policy, and would like to explain the reasons:-

Insertion of spaces before references. WP:CITEFOOT states "citation markers are normally placed after adjacent punctuation such as periods and commas. ... Note also that no space is added before the citation marker."
Change of Re-issues to Re-Release - I'm not sure the change of word adds anything, especially when the later CD had bonus tracks - but Release should not be capitalised.
Change of Michael Jones to Micky Jones and Roger Leonard to Deke Leonard - Michael and Roger are used on the original album (I have it on vinyl and CD) so were correct - Wikipedia uses the names current or credited at the time.
Change of instruments - Tha album states Ace played "bass guitar" and doees not credit Leonard with harp or percussion - if you have sources for these instruments, please cite them, but without a Reliable source the primary source (the album cover) takes precedent.

I note you have added sections to the early Man albums talk pages, seeking other peoples opinions, and I am certainly in favour of all the pages being more consistent in terms of layout.

You have suggested Micky Jones being just that, not Michael, and Deke Leonard never going by Roger, "as this in my opinion creates an inconsistency that would confuse those who don't know their the same people when reading them for the first time". As explained above, Wikipedia uses artists names as they were published at the time. Wikipedia is not a democracy, and has evolved (probably rather too many) rules in order to standardise presentation, across all its articles, so it is not a question of "peoples reactions/agreement/disagreement" as to the names used in these particular articles.

Roger Leonard is "pipe-linked" to the Deke Leonard article, which should avoid confusion, whilst most people understand that Michael, Mickey and Micky are the same. Conversely, if someone has the album and looks up the article, seeing Deke in the article and Roger on the album sleeve is confusing, and is likely to be "corrected" regularly. I'm sorry to seem so bureaucratic, but I have seen proposals to deviate from the standard come up regularly, and they are always defeated in the end - having wasted a lot of time and effort.

If you really want a challenge - you could start the article on Micky Jones - although I started the articles on Deke Leonard, Malcolm Morley, Phil Ryan, Help Yourself and a number of other Man associated artists, I have always avoided Micky - he was too much of a hero to me for me to be subjective. The other problem is that he is so integral with Man that his article could end up too similar.
