You state on the image's description page that you created it from images you found on the Internet—if this is the case, you must confirm that all the images you used are usable under free licenses. Otherwise, your creation is a derivative work of a non-free image, and is unsuitable for use as we can only use free media to depict living people, except in exceptional cases.
