Your recent edits
[edit]Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 19:05, 30 October 2012 (UTC)

Check out the Tea House
[edit]Hi GothHick49, welcome to Wikipedia. I wanted to drop you a note because you appear to be running into difficulties understanding or applying Wikipedia's rules. Wikipedia can have a very steep learning curve for new editors, especially at articles on contentious topics. Also, medical articles have their own set of sub-rules you need to familiarize yourself with. Please do indeed read WP:MEDRS, it contains critical information about how Wikipedia sources medical articles. You can check out the Wikipedia Teahouse if you have general questions or frustrations. Also feel free to drop me a question at my Talk page, I'll do my best to help out. Cheers... Zad68
