Please, stop reverting the NCF page
[edit]You seem to be insistent on reverting the NCF page back to a version that is out of date for reasons that I'm not entirely clear off.
Since the date of the revision your are reverting back too was current, there have been has multiple, significant, good-faith edits by multiple authors. If there is something about those edits that you don't like or disagree with, the best course of action would to one, go in and make the article better by editing the specific areas that bother you, and two, discussing your opinion and thoughts on the article's discussion page. Reverting the text back to a much earlier version, erases the hard work of others and goes against one of the basic principles of Wikipedia, which says in short "don't revert good faith edits" ( Full text here, see rule 9 ) --Nsb3000 05:04, 25 December 2005 (UTC)
3 Revert Rule
[edit]Hi,
You have reverted the ncf page 3 time in the past 24 hours. If you revert it again, you will be in violation of Wikipedia's 3 revert rule, which states that no user should revert any page more than 3 times in 24 hours. Since we both seem to have an interest in making the New College page better, I would really appreciate it if you would discuss what is bothering you on the New College article discussion page, so we can work something out and avoid more edit wars. Hope to see you there. --Nsb3000 05:43, 25 December 2005 (UTC)
Barbara Hicks
[edit]Hello,
I am thinking of recommending the page Barbara Hicks, which you created, for deletion, as it appears to be a vanity page. But I wanted to notify you first and get a reaction. Still A Student 14:35, 4 March 2006 (UTC)
NCF
[edit]Hi there. Are you acting as a propagandist for New College of Florida? It certainly seems like you are. Are you embarrassed? Are any of the people you've added bios for embarrassed? What's the point, really? Aargh. Things like this are why Wikipedia might not ever get over the hump and be taken seriously. Profnjm 02:43, 16 April 2006 (UTC)
Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello Good P**** H**! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 120 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
- Eugene Lewis - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
