Phulki

[edit]

Phulki is spark or light. The festival of lights, Deepavali features many fire crackers that emit a beautiful light. Phulki is associated with sparkle, festivities and tradition.

Phulki also refers to a dish that contains fried gram flour puffs and is served with spiced yoghurt and potatoes.
