[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article JAS 39 Gripen, please cite a reliable source for the content of your edit. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. fnlayson (talk) 03:28, 28 November 2010 (UTC)

[edit]Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Before saving your changes to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to Korean People's Air Force. Doing so helps everyone understand the intention of your edit (and prevents legitimate edits from being mistaken for vandalism). It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Thank you. Thanks for the update however. :) Nem1yan (talk) 01:32, 29 May 2011 (UTC)

[edit] You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Indian Air Force. Users are expected to collaborate with others and avoid editing disruptively.
In particular, the three-revert rule states that:
- Making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block.
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you continue to edit war, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. BilCat (talk) 20:30, 17 August 2011 (UTC)
Kanimbla 'not yet dead'
[edit]Just FYI, I've reverted your edits removing HMAS Kanimbla (L 51) from two Royal Australian Navy articles. The ship has been marked for decommissioning (i.e. the RAN plans to decommission the ship in the near futute), but the actual decommissioning is yet to happen, and no date has yet been set. -- saberwyn 11:59, 3 September 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not attack other editors, as you did at Talk:Kirov class battlecruiser. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. BilCat (talk) 17:04, 22 September 2011 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Mitathal
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Mitathal requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. ♛♚★Vaibhav Jain★♚♛ Talk Email 16:02, 20 October 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. When you recently edited Republic of Korea Air Force, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Gulfstream (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Flags, and duplicate lists
[edit]Hi,
I removed some little flag pictures from List of active Indian military aircraft, per WP:MOSFLAG, and removed a table of Indian Naval Air Arm aircraft because there is already a list here. Having duplicate lists in different places just makes it harder to maintain (though it does permit a lot more ritual edits for folk who are interested in that). You undid my edit with "not duplicate". Could you clarify? bobrayner (talk) 06:36, 19 May 2012 (UTC)
Regarding revert on Cemetery H culture

[edit]Hello, Godanov, I saw that you made a draft for a new article at User:Godanov/Ships of the Pakistan Navy. Accoring to WP:STALEDRAFT, "Short term hosting of potentially valid articles and other reasonable content under development or in active use is usually acceptable (the template {{userspace draft}} can be added to the top of the page to identify these)." But in this case, you haven't edited your draft for a long time. If you are done, please donate it by moving User:Godanov/Ships of the Pakistan Navy to a Wikipedia:WikiProject Abandoned Drafts subpage (a participant may help). If you are not done, please finish it and move it. If you abandoned it, you may request it for deletion by putting "{{db-u1}}" or donating it. Thank you.
Also, why do you have list of all Indian Navy ships, submarines, and boats under that name? Mrt3366 (Talk page?) (New section?) 09:39, 2 September 2012 (UTC)
MfD nomination of User:Godanov/Ships of the Pakistan Navy
[edit]User:Godanov/Ships of the Pakistan Navy, a page you substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Godanov/Ships of the Pakistan Navy and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:Godanov/Ships of the Pakistan Navy during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Mrt3366 (Talk page?) (New section?) 09:49, 2 September 2012 (UTC)

Edits to R66
[edit]Hi Godanov, please have a look at my edits to the article on the Robertson R66. Entering into a revert war was not constructive. I reverted your edit because it was not supported by the reference you gave, and your subsequent re-insertion was unjustified. Please do not provide a reference which says 191 and then change the number to 289 (or whatever it was) simply because you believe that number to be correct, as that is not what an encyclopaedia is about. I have good first hand knowledge and well reasoned opinions about many things, but it is not right for me to insert these observations and opinions without evidence. If we were all to do that we would have a hotch-potch of random opinion with no way of knowing what was accurate. I think we both knew that your estimate was pretty reasonable, but that is not the point. Next time please do what I did. A quick google search came up with a reasonable reference stating that more than 300 have been produced, and putting that reference and figure in did not take much effort and involved less stress than starting a reversion war. Please, lets do things the right way and work together OK? Keep up your good work. We need more good editors. Djapa Owen (talk) 23:03, 13 April 2013 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Iraqi Air Force may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.
