Siva Shankar Baba

[edit]

If you would like to continue working on Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Siva Shankar Baba to improve it so it can be accepted as an article, I suggest you copy it to a subpage of your user page. I'm not sure how long the first version will say around. If you would like help creating a user page, just ask.

Also, user pages are fine for working on an article that isn't ready to be put in the article space yet, but if no active work is going on for a period of several weeks, they shouldn't stay there, because putting an article in user space is not meant to be a substitute for publishing it in article space. --Jc3s5h (talk) 02:31, 18 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

To create your user page, just write a little about yourself that you would like other editors to know. Then create a section, this is what you would type:

==My subpages==

[[/Siva Shankar Baba]]

After you save, you will see Sivia Shankar Baba in red, which means it does not exist yet. Click the red words, and you will see a screen that tells you the page doesn't exist, and it gives you a chance to create it.

Follow the prompts until you get the edit box for the new page. Then use copy and paste to copy from the existing version of the article to the new copy. Then save the new page.

Good luck --Jc3s5h (talk) 05:04, 18 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I saw your attempt to create the subpage; it isn't quite what I was getting at. Would you like me to fix it for you? --Jc3s5h (talk) 06:38, 18 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I see that you had the text in two places, on your user page, and on the subpage. I left the subpage alone, removed the extra text from your user page, and created a link from your user page to the subpage. I hope this was helpful. --Jc3s5h (talk) 07:10, 18 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Requesting your opinion

[edit]

Hi. I've started a discussion here. (Actually, it's a restart of a prior discussion that went cold; you can just scroll directly down to the first post I made today in that section if you want.) Can you offer your thoughts? I think it's very important. Thanks. Nightscream (talk) 02:07, 27 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Moved page per request

[edit]

I have moved your page back to the userspace because I can't hold 5 days of no editing with the contruction tag. I am still willing to go through it with you. It is located at User:God'sFlute/Siva Shankar Baba. -- /MWOAP|Notify Me\ 02:03, 3 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks

[edit]

Thanks for the message. I worked on the article a bit, just try to get the 'institutions' section a little more neutral, as per the policy that states that all articles must be written in a Neutral Point Of View (NPOV). See the relevent pages: WP:NPOV, WP:WW, WP:ADVERT. Thanks!  – Samwb123T (R)-C-E 20:37, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. I recently got diagnosed with pneumonia, so I may not be on Wikipedia very often. I will try though :)

Sorry I haven't fully been watching your edits on the Siva draft. Could you let me know what you have done/what point you are at/what you would like me to do? -- /MWOAP|Notify Me\ 21:20, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Also, I saw your note above about your medical state. Sorry to hear. You might also want to put the Medical related template (can find it on WP:wikibreak) at the top of your talk page. -- /MWOAP|Notify Me\ 02:34, 19 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hello, God'sFlute, I saw that you made a draft for a new article at User:God'sFlute/Siva Shankar Baba. Accoring to WP:STALEDRAFT, "Short term hosting of potentially valid articles and other reasonable content under development or in active use is usually acceptable (the template {{userspace draft}} can be added to the top of the page to identify these)." But in this case, you haven't edited your draft for a long time. If you are done, please donate it by moving User:God'sFlute/Siva Shankar Baba to a Wikipedia:WikiProject Abandoned Drafts subpage (a participant may help). If you are not done, please finish it and move it. If you abandoned it, you may request it for deletion by putting "{{db-u1}}" or donating it. Thank you. — Bill william comptonTalk 12:14, 14 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Sure, thank you very much. I hope I can reach out to you for help
