Updates to the dumps scripts

I'd be very grateful if, when time permits, the scripts contained within the "Dev/Command-line/Dumps" page could be updated. http://xowa.org/home/wiki/Dev/Command-line/Dumps.html

As you would expect of particular interest are the

"Script: Simple Wikipedia example with documentation" and "Script: gnosygnu's actual English Wikipedia script (dirty; provided for reference only)"

sections. I totally understand that time doesn't allow you to keep regenerating the dumps at archive.org. I was hoping to be able to have a go at building my own more up to date versions but the scripts on the page are rather old so before going down that path I was hoping they could be refreshed. I don't expect any on-going support, I'm just looking for a slightly newer baseline to work from as the last update to that page is listed as 2017-02-02.
