renaming article bug

unable to have Xowa properly reading wikipedias on Debian 9

Hello, I am aware of the low interest of this topic... I just installed Xowa on a fresh Debian 9 system. (I have used it quite a long time on macintoshes, but I shifted to Linux a while ago)

I then have successfully downloaded a wikipedia file through the app (with all the progress seeming OK, all parts successively downloaded, checked, unzipped...)

Now that I fully see the related wikis listed on the left side of the window, when I click one of them, or if I enter its name in the address bar, nothing happens but a mention at the bottom of the window could not find page in wiki: fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page (for instance with the french wikipedia).

I am not sure what I missed when installing... Where could I find an exhaustive way of checking what should be installed?
