[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added such as to the page Royal Canadian Air Force do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. BCtalk to me 16:43, 22 October 2009 (UTC)
Articles you might like to edit, from SuggestBot
[edit]SuggestBot is a program that tries to help people find interesting, useful things to do in Wikipedia. It predicts that you will enjoy editing some of these articles. Have fun!
You received these suggestions because we're trying a little test to see if SuggestBot is helpful for newer Wikipedia editors -- but normally it only makes suggestions for people who ask for them explicitly on the SuggestBot request page. We won't post suggestions on your talk page again unless you ask for them. SuggestBot was created by ForteTuba--please let him know if you like it, or if you don't, or you feel that it was a good or bad idea to make these suggestions to you as a newer Wikipedia user.
SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, by following links from them to other articles and by matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians to find things you might be interested in. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work, such as stub articles that need to be made longer, cleanup articles that need writing help, and so on. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping. -- SuggestBot (talk) 03:59, 23 October 2009 (UTC)
Your draft article, Draft:Ian Darling (writer)
[edit]Hello, Gndv. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Ian Darling".
In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply and remove the {{db-afc}}
, {{db-draft}}
, or {{db-g13}}
code.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.
Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. CptViraj (Talk) 16:28, 6 June 2019 (UTC)
The article Amazing Airmen has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
A book that does not appear to meet the WP:GNG or WP:NBOOK. There are no valid sources currently in the article, and I was unable to find any coverage or reviews in searches.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Rorshacma (talk) 05:31, 25 August 2022 (UTC)
