[edit]Good start so far with the article.
Suggestions:
- Rewrite the first sentence to read: Civil War Rifles came in many kinds.
- Good job listing sources in your Works Cited section. In addition to the URLs (website addresses), You need to add information for each source (author [if any], title(s), date(s).
Refer to the following for overall guidance on writing the article.

Keep working at it!
[edit]You need to add references to your article.
For more information about this, see the section of Wikipedia about parenthetical citation.
Also, see if you can add a picture to your article. David can help you. Or you want to try it yourself, see Wikipedia:Picture_tutorial
