Rally Alsace

Hi. I'm wondering if you could explain to me how these two rallies are different. I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just intrigued, as I created Rallye Alsace-Vosges to cover the new French round of the WRC. To quote from WRC.com: "France’s new WRC round will be Rallye Alsace -Vosges - formerly a French Championship round which last ran in May 2009."
