Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, discussion pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:Jeffrey Dahmer, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. ––FormalDude (talk) 07:25, 29 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I have had a Wikipedia account for ten years. No welcome or welcome pages necessary. Glenohumeral13 (talk) 07:34, 29 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Don't refactor other editors talk page comments then. ––FormalDude (talk) 07:46, 29 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
They weren't even an "editor." It was an IP edit from someone on a soapbox which was obviously non-constructive. Why even explain that "bad people also have Wikipedia pages"? Glenohumeral13 (talk) 07:50, 29 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Someone who makes edits is by definition an editor... ––FormalDude (talk) 08:18, 29 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, please note that lead is just a summary of longer and fully cited text in article body. In this case, it was where she was staying, and dies not imply cosmic-scale spread of yoga across the country. Chiswick Chap (talk) 18:24, 8 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps it should be rewritten then. “she taught the first yoga classes in that country” certainly does imply that no one taught yoga in China until her in the 20th century. This is a very dubious claim. Glenohumeral13 (talk) 18:32, 8 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Taylor Swift edits

[edit]

Hi, thank you for your contributions. I note that you've made a number of recent edits changing links from Taylor Swift masters controversy to Taylor Swift masters dispute. Note that such edits are not necessary (and even discouraged), per WP:NOTBROKEN. 162 etc. (talk) 21:45, 22 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I see, ok. Didn’t know about this but thanks for telling me. Glenohumeral13 (talk) 23:11, 22 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
