It is quite hard to determine whether this person is actually notable. The ref bombing (the use of multiple sources where one is perfectly good) is a major nuisance and I'd encourage the submitter to reduce it. After wading through half of the references, I got some 404 errors and some unreliable ones like Facebook and YouTube. I'd be happy to re-evaluate this draft after the unwieldy amount of low quality sources has been removed. So far, I have not seen the type of coverage that would indicate notability but perhaps better sources can be produced.
