[edit]I am attempting to get Georgi Kinkladze to FA standard, having failed with a previous nomination. The article is currently at peer review, and I am soliciting the opinions of others who have got football articles to FA. Your feedback would be welcome. Oldelpaso (talk) 16:15, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
Gilberto Silva
[edit]No problem mate :) We all know he's coming, but we still have to wait for the official announcements :D .--KaragouniS : Chat 11:06, 12 July 2008 (UTC)
- Should we ask semiprotection for the player's article (Panathinaikos FC article is currently under SP for the same reasons)? It's getting tiring to revert all the time :/ --KaragouniS : Chat 00:46, 14 July 2008 (UTC)

Just a heads up that the article includes some citations of Goal.com which now seems to be generally regarded as an unreliable source. Perhaps you could find time to get alternative reliable sources? See the discussion here. Take care. Sillyfolkboy (talk) 03:44, 21 October 2008 (UTC)
File source problem with File:Ottorino Barassi.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Ottorino Barassi.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 16:43, 25 February 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stifle (talk) 16:43, 25 February 2009 (UTC)
Thierry Henry FAR
[edit]I have nominated Thierry Henry for a featured article review here. Please join the discussion on whether this article meets featured article criteria. Articles are typically reviewed for two weeks. If substantial concerns are not addressed during the review period, the article will be moved to the Featured Article Removal Candidates list for a further period, where editors may declare "Keep" or "Remove" the article's featured status. The instructions for the review process are here. Petepetepetepete (talk) 00:17, 5 December 2009 (UTC)
Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, will be commencing a a two-month trial at approximately 23:00, 2010 June 15 (UTC).
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under flagged protection. Flagged protection is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial.
When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Karanacs (talk) 15:33, 15 June 2010 (UTC)
