Kirkwall city status

Gh447kw15 - I've reverted several of your changes regarding the city status of Kirkwall, due to no real proof of its city status being given. If references could be provided with future edits citing a reliable source, then this will suit the Wikipedia conditions for verifibility. Edit summaries are also useful to explain your edits. And, instead of constantly reverting, the topic could be usefully discussed on its talk page to explain your intentions. I should state Kirkwall has not been previously mentioned on any central government website as holding the designation, and the Orkney council website makes no such claims either (except for a local road sign which is not proof of this status).
