1RR page restriction on Vanessa Beeley

Hi Geriv98, please note that the Vanessa Beeley article is under the one-revert rule (1RR), which prohibits any editor from making more than one revert on the article in a 24-hour period. Additionally, "The rule is not an entitlement to revert a page a specific number of times" and reverts that do not violate the 1RR are still considered edit warring if they are done repeatedly without consensus on the article talk page.

All articles related to the Syrian Civil War and ISIL are currently under this page restriction. The Vanessa Beeley article had not been properly tagged with this restriction, but I have amended this; you will now see a warning about the 1RR restriction above the editing window and at the top of the talk page.
