Block conflict
Sorry, I hadn't seen your message on the user's talk page prior to blocking the account. This is a user who has a history of socking to gain the upper hand in discussions and who is being actively deceptive on their user page. The chance that this is a revived sleeper account is just too high to let them continue to edit. I obviously would have discussed this with you first had I seen your message, so apologies for that.--Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 20:12, 29 April 2015 (UTC)
- No problem, I quick skimmed warnings but on rereading got a stronger picture. I think I would still have held off but your indef is clearly a) within policy and b) within reason given the situation. They can always ask some other admins nicely to come back if they will agree to stop. No problem here, we're good. Thanks for the rapid CU on the issue! - Thanks for that. I've left a follow-up note on the master's talk page explaining why they were blocked etc. --Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 20:23, 29 April 2015 (UTC)

Abuse
Please stop accusing me of being that guy above when you have literally no proof. Thanks. 91.152.116.216 (talk) 21:52, 29 April 2015 (UTC)

My late post
I apologize for posting at the ANI after it was closed; it was inadvertent — I went to the page and hit "Edit" without scrolling down to that section first. It was accidental. --Tenebrae (talk) 01:06, 1 May 2015 (UTC)

Re biting the newbies
I'm quite sorry to see you enable people who want to use Wikipedia to tell the world they are recognized by their peers as a leader and a pioneer, George. And that they as good as singlehandedly popularised emoji (!). Bishonen | talk 11:07, 1 May 2015 (UTC).
Thank you!
Hi George,
A quick note to say thank you!
Very happy to meet you.
I started to read how to contribute to Wikipedia and after I clear up some urgent files on my desk, I will begin.
I want you to know, that MobiDunn (talk) 19:20, 2 May 2015 (UTC)you made a difference in my decision to contribute after my User's page fiasco :-)
Have a nice day!
