F1 Challenge '99-'02. User 167.61.X(XX).X(XX) (JuanMaMaster)
Hello, there.
Let me present: my name is Christian Luis. I am from Spain.
I am here because there is an user that is using the article EA Sports F1 Series ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EA_Sports_F1_series ) as a soapboxing tool for selfpromotion ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:What_Wikipedia_is_not#Wikipedia_is_not_a_soapbox ) since 2013.
You gave him some warnings, but the ban was given by Atalumic and Kinu. ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:JuanMaMaster )
Because of the dynamic IP, a ban is now useless. And for stopping his editions, the only way I know is protecting the article for some time. Since November of the last year until 27th March of this yeas, the page has been protected, but seems that the IP user doesn't give up. I advised him countless times in the Spanish and Portuguese editions of Wikipedia (where he also selfpromotes "his" work. He is determined to selfpromotion "his" work, regardless of the consequences (you can see the big edit war there was in October). Work that is stolen from other modders and F1C users.
Here is JuanMaMaster's latest edition: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EA_Sports_F1_series#cite_note-1
And... well, it redirects to: https://www.facebook.com/F1-Challenge-1988-a-2014-338334839518092/
The administrator of that Facebook Fan Page is Juan Manuel (Robaina), as it can be seen: https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=1118677588150476&id=338334839518092
Emanuel Martino Oses: sos juan manuel
Sos juan manuel means: "You are Juan Manuel".
Here is an edition from him during an edit war: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Kimi_MAnuel
Please, could you protect the article from his spam messages? Or maybe, if possible, you can add the Facebook Fan Page to blacklist in order to stop vandalism (Francisco Leandro did it the Portuguese edition of Wikipedia).
I hope your answer. In case of protect it... please, undo his edition.
Kind regards, GED_UK. And sorry for my bad English, --CristianLuisCLX (talk) 22:08, 3 March 2016 (UTC)
- Hi there. I've protected it for 6 months. GedUK 12:41, 4 March 2016 (UTC)

Semi-protection of Clara Rockmore
Could you extend semi-protection of Clara Rockmore? IP vandalism is still pretty bad there. Eperoton (talk) 16:44, 9 March 2016 (UTC)

Tommy Coster Wiki Page
Thank you for recognizing the attack on Tommy Coster's page starting last year by primarily Melleke Voos. Sickening behavior. Tommy Coster? Vandalism is very bad there. The page was slowly picked apart with no effort to fix any and all issues that were sited either valid or not. Coster is a legit contributor to his industry and comes from a very respected family in music. This edit war seemed to start when personal information regarding a marriage gone wrong was added to his Wiki page and was removed due to it being incorrect. Simple things like where he went to high school or what awards he's earned were challenged, totally verifiable facts that were inserted and again deleted by Melleke Voos, is this how Wiki works, seems like there should be a system in place as to when vandalism is occurring only qualified and honest admins can edit. Dr. Dre, whom Coster worked with for many years, has a Wiki page that is protected, seems like that's the way to go to offer Coster the same opportunity to have his facts out there represented correctly by his community on Wiki. Thanks again for your help with this as we are seeking a resolution to this and have been for a while. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 185.94.31.100 (talk) 18:01, 16 March 2016 (UTC)
