[edit]Thanks for your edit. I noticed you added four tildes to your edit summary when you edited an article. A tip: they are used for article talk pages, as the cheatsheet explains. (If you posted on Talk:International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, for example, you would then sign.) Sorry Wikipedia isn't clearer. Best.
