Speedy deletion nomination of Gerald ross

Reference Clean up

Cleaned up the references and links to fit with the Wikipedia norms. I'm still pretty new, so there may still be some tweaks needed, but I know it is a lot closer!

Enjoyed the workshop at Elderly and was skimming through WikiPedia for Uke players I knew. Surprisingly enough, you had a page and James Hill did not! (He does now!) Look forward to seeing you again soon!
