If you've got time, Gather10, it would be great if you could help make a few tweaks to your addition:

  • I'm not sure what you mean by "(directionality)" in the second-to-last paragraph.
  • I think you're missing a reference in the same paragraph – your edit request said "(12)" at the end of it.
  • Are you able to disambiguate "Metropolitan Opera House"?

Cheers, Adrian J. Hunter(talkcontribs) 15:23, 17 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Adrian,

Directionality in this context refers to a microphone that is more sensitive in one direction than the other. (see polar patterns). I suppose this could be re-written more clearly though. Perhaps "Microphones with greater directional isolation"?

Yes, I did miss a reference there, thanks: http://www.prosoundweb.com/install/commentary/kc/ev/timecapsule.shtml EV Company History accessed 19 April 13.

The article clearly states _New York_ Metropolitan Opera House.

Thanks again for the feedback.

Hello, I'm Widr. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to The Einstein Theory of Relativity because it didn't appear constructive. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Widr (talk) 12:13, 29 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thats fine. It was a rhetorical question. I don't understand why these articles aren't locked. At least they are fairly well moderated by good people like yourself. 60.242.133.232 (talk) 02:51, 30 April 2013 (UTC)Gather10[reply]
