Trying to understand how other companies are allowed to have descriptions published as well as key details, such as no. offices, employees, key people, etc? Are there specific guidelines for companies? If yes, kindly direct to the page. Ganado Advocates (talk) 09:53, 27 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I explained this below. Not every company merits an article here, even within the same field. Wikipedia has no interest in what a company wants to say about itself, Wikipedia is only interested in what independent reliable sources state with in depth coverage. The notability guidelines for companies are listed at WP:ORG. Please understand that Wikipedia is not a forum to merely tell the world about companies and is not a business directory; this is an encyclopedia, where article subjects must be shown with independent reliable sources to meet the relevant notability guidelines, in this case those at WP:ORG(please review). I now understand the reason for the block. How do I go about making a new entry that is compliant with the regulations?
