Hi there. Numbering each member is a pretty big change to go into without discussion. Can I suggest raising it here before going any further? I've reverted your edits for the time being, as this would require an across-the-board change. Frickeg (talk) 07:36, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia! Well, my own humble opinion is that the numbering of members in the electorate page is unnecessary (although there's no problem with noting on the member's page that he/she is the "15th member for ###"). I had a look at Victor Dominello and it's not looking too bad. I'm impressed by your careful use of references - just remember that the full stop comes before the citation. As a member of his staff, however, you need to be very careful editing in this area, because it brings up issues with both conflict of interest and neutral point of view. At the least, I would state clearly on your user page that you work for Dominello in the interests of disclosure. I do not see any bias in your edits, which is a refreshing change (we've had problems with politicians and their staff editing their pages before), but it's something to keep in mind. Some people may feel that editing in NSW politics at all while you're employed by an MP is a conflict of interest, so just be careful.
I would also caution that it is Dominello's political career, not his legal career, that makes him notable. The detail at the moment concerning his legal career is probably unnecessary and may be considered non-notable. I would try to summarise it into a few longer paragraphs (three at most) before doing anything else. Also with the picture - you need specific proof that it's in the public domain. I couldn't see any on the page cited as a source for it. Good luck and welcome once again. Please don't hesitate to drop me a line if you need any help at all. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
