Astounding/Analog

[edit]

Hi, Galerivs; welcome to Wikipedia. I do a fair amount of editing of science fiction magazines, so I'm glad to see a new editor who's interested in that topic.

It looks like you feel that the article on Astounding ought to be separate from the one on Analog, since you've created a new article, Astounding-Stories, with material only about the magazine's history up to 1960. This would be a big change and would need to be discussed on the Analog talk page, so I'm going to reverse your changes, so that everything points to the Analog page, for now. I for one think it's probably better to keep it as a single article, despite the name change. If you do think they should be split, post a note on the talk page there explaining your reasons, and we can discuss it. And of course if you have any questions about Wikipedia, or about editing here, please ask; I'll be glad to help as best I can. I see you've reverted my edits; I've started a discussion here, which you're welcome to join. Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 02:20, 6 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
