Card
Can someone help me with my card? Did I format it right? See User:GalaxyGuy/card.js and User:GalaxyGuy/monobook.js my card tab is not working. --GalaxyGuy (talk) 04:08, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
- Hi GalaxyGuy! I've tested this on my user for you, and copied the code required to my userspace (User:Stwalkerster/card.js, example of it working on the talk page), added it to my monobook, and it is working fine. I have noticed that your script is the last thing in your monobook: for me - it was first (or near the top - I can't remember). If you can't see the tab, then move the "importScript('User:GalaxyGuy/card.js');" to the beginning of your monobook.js, and remember to purge the cache. I hope this helps. If not, just put the
{{helpme}}
tag back on, and hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me will find you. :-) Stwalkerster talk 11:05, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
{{helpme}}
Now the card tab is there but when I click it nothing happens. Any more help? --GalaxyGuy (talk) 16:21, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
- I accedently hit the card button on an article and it worked. But it won't work on talk pages... hmm --GalaxyGuy (talk) 16:37, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
- Hi, Stwalkerster asked me to help you.
Are you sure that JavaScript is enabled?I've tested your version mistakenly here. It's working although your template is not html valid. Please do not forget to close all tags esp. those <div>s. Btw., are you sure that you've edited that talk page (action=edit)? Otherwise it wouldn't work (but I could change your script so that even this would work). Regards, —DerHexer (Talk) 16:38, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
