- I guess you are talking about User talk:66.12.73.18. You have done the right thing by warning the user. If they continue to add spam then you could list them on WP:AIV (admin vandalism intervention) to get them blocked. However, they have not made any edits for a few days (maybe their IP address has changed) - so there isn't anything to do right now.
